    • Chinese Studies (Plan B -minor thesis with 7,000 words in English / an article presented in an academic conference Minor thesis must be written in English, and submitted to the Graduate School.)

  1. Completed Online Application Form at https://grad-mis.psu.ac.th/admission/home.php .
  2. All supporting documents must be in English language, and must have been officially issued with notarial certificate by the respective university, government office, or embassy.
    – A scanned copy of the degree certificate(s) (with officially certified English translation)
    – A scanned copy of the academic transcript(s) (with officially certified English translation)
    – A scanned copy of the main passport page showing personal details.
    – A brief research proposal (800 words).
    – A scanned copy of two letters of recommendation (From your university advisors or from your workplace). (If any)
    – A scanned copy of letter of work experience (if any).
    – A scanned copy of an English proficiency certificate (TOEFL or IELTS) (No older than 2 years). TOEIC score is NOT applicable. (if any)
    – Proof of English proficiency as required by the Graduate School (The English scores that have been taken for not more than 2 years from the day of the examination to the day of submission).
    – PSU-TEP an average score for three parts (listening, reading, and writing) not less than 60% or,
    – New PSU-TEP an overall average percentage for three parts (listening, reading, and integrated reading and writing) of not less than 60%
    – CU-TEP a score not less than 60 or,
    – TOEFL (Paper-Based) a score not less than 500 or,
    – TOEFL (Revised Paper-Delivered Test) a score not less than 46 or,
    – TOEFL (Institutional Testing Program) a score not less than 520 or,
    – TOEFL (Computer-Based) a score not less than 173 or,
    – TOEFL (Internet-Based) a score not less than 61 or,
    – IELTS a score not less than 5.0
    Note : The English language certificate requirement is waived for English native speakers or persons who graduated from the International program.
